Greenery Specialist / Gardener in Berlin (relocation assistance included!)

As we continue to grow steadily, we’re looking for a new team member to join us as a gardener for the Berlin region. Whether you already have experience with plants or are just starting out in this field, you’ll learn everything you need with us, directly on the job.

As part of our team, you’ll work independently in offices across the Berlin region and take care of our plants so they always look as beautiful as on the first day. In addition to regular maintenance rounds, you’ll also help set up new projects. In this varied role, you’ll get to know many different offices and make a meaningful contribution to the health and well-being of employees.

• No gardening training required; we’ll teach you everything you need
• Category B driver’s license (you’ll travel by car between the different sites)
• Good observational skills
• Ability to work independently and in an organized way
• Versatility and a down-to-earth attitude
• Friendly, pleasant manner and good manners
• Manual dexterity
• Good level of English

• We offer you the opportunity to relocate to Berlin and will take care of booking accommodation for your first three months in Germany
• We’ll arrange for you to attend a German course once a week, so you can settle in and also interact with clients
• We provide structured initial training so you can start with confidence, regardless of your previous experience

• We offer a net annual salary of €27,500–30,000
